Rupert is the CEO and owner of The Mortgage Lab. His start in the financial industry was just 3 weeks before Lehman Brothers collapsed in 2008 as he started a role at a superannuation investment fund.
Rupert began working in the mortgage advice industry in 2011 and, after moving to Auckland in 2014, started The Mortgage Lab in early 2017.
You can often find Rupert working on his laptop in cafes in Takapuna or just relaxing with a coffee. When he’s not at work, Rupert enjoys skiing, camping and occasionally volleyball and mountain bike riding.
Rupert is also the author of The Successful First Home Buyer, a step-by-step guide to presenting yourself as the perfect mortgage applicant.
