Q. What inspired you to become a Mortgage Broker?
A. Opportunity to work with customers from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds.
Q. What is the best part of being a Mortgage Broker?
A. Opportunities to meet a lot of people and help them with their home buying journey and achieve other financial goals.
Q. What have you found to be the most challenging aspect?
A. The mortgage industry has undergone a lot of changes in recent years. With lending policies changing quite often, one has to be on top of their game to be able to stay compliant with the regulations and this is definitely challenging.
Q. What is your most memorable client experience?
A. Helping a couple buying their first home who once thought they would never be able to get a mortgage. I was able to clear a lot of misconceptions and misunderstandings they had about home ownership which resulted in them achieving their home buying goal a lot earlier than they thought.
Q. How would you sum up being a Mortgage Broker in three words?
A. Approachable, Knowledgeable and Reliable.
Q. If you were Prime Minister for one day, what would you do?
A. Eliminate bureaucratic red tape in the business, mortgage and real estate industry.
Q. If you could have dinner with any three people (alive or dead), who would it be?
A. Other than my family, it will be Eminem, Warren Buffett and Jack Ma.
