A. Keeping abreast of the ever moving and ever changing market, interest rates, lending criteria.
Q. What is your most memorable experience?
A. Helping a young family achieve their goal of home ownership, and despite many setbacks, helping them into a place they could call home.

A. I would be either exploring a back country track in my 4-wheel drive, there are some amazing places to visit (explore) in New Zealand or sailing my yacht around the South Pacific Islands. (Note: no cell phone coverage in either of these places.)
