We believe it was a good start by Nicola as she ascertained all the details we had provided to Karen was still relevant and valid . This includes combing thro a lot of previous documentation and asking questions/ clarifying circumstances and looking at our statements/ savings and expenses, before providing us with options on banks to choose from. She was also able to advise on "when" it would be appropriate to trigger the loan instead of attempting to close a loan accommodation successfully. She also helped in understanding the way the loans were setup in different phases of the build. This was useful as we waited until we had put almost all our savings into this house before pulling the trigger on the loan. This helped up by trimming the principal and the interest rates thereof for which we are thankful.
